Sign up options vs registering for an event?

Hi!

Still a fairly new Rock user.

I'm wondering if there's a way to do online sign ups for a big church event. Like, there are 2 dozen+ ways people can volunteer at this event, and historically we've just had lot of paper sign ups after service on Sundays. I'm wondering if there's a way to list all the volunteer opportunities on Rock and have people be able to choose what they want to do.

A different ask than the "event registration" manual I just read through, so not sure if Rock has this capability? Help?
