Location Services Job

We're trying to estimate the yearly costs of using Melissa Data. We started our trial with them 15 days ago and on the website since then we've logged 47 address standardisation requests, which is just over three a day. We have three addresses in our Rock database - one family and two campuses.

My understanding of the Location Services job is that it is should only be checking address that have failed in the past (after 200 days) or that haven't been checked yet. Is my understanding of this wrong?

I'm slightly afraid if we load in 500 addresses that suddenly we'll be polling Melissa Data for 500 addresses a day -- which would be rather quite expensive!

Your understanding is the intended behavior. It should only re-check unstandardized address every 200 days. Those that were standardized should never be tried again unless they are manually requested to be re-standardized.
