Uninstall Rock Plugin

How do I uninstall a rock shop plugin? I have the South East Christian Church pastoral plugin and wanted to try the new pastoral care plugin from someone else and didn’t want to have both in the end

There is currently no way to install a plugin. You can manually delete any pages, dataviews, etc it installed, but that's about it.
