How Follow up on Background Checks

I am new to using Rock and am trying to update all of our children’s ministry volunteers background checks. Some of them I sent awhile back and have not heard anything from one way or another. How do I check the status of it?

If you are a Rock Admin, you can go to Admin Tools > System Settings and either Protect My Ministry or Checkr and see a list of background checks, their status and get more details on each.
