Show Pledge History for a logged-in person on external site

How can we show a person a list of his pledges when he logs-in on the external site.

Something similar to "Giving History" shown on the external site.

You can show a list of a person's pledges by adding a Pledge List block to a page. Just make sure you set "Limit Pledges to Current Person" to Yes and "Entity Type" to Person
