Attendance and Security role for Leaders in Small Group Section

Hi everyone!

I need help, I want each group leader to be able to take attendance through the external web but not to be able to edit, remove or add people. Is that possible?

We have created Small Groups Sections with their respective Leaders,

Each leader has his security account created (in Users Accounts)

In Group Types, Roles, the Member does not have any rights, but the Leader: "is the leader", "receives requirements notifications", and "can view".

If I add "Can edit", the leader can take attendance but also modify or add people.

Also in the Group Viewer section, in the Groups tree, when I choose one group, is the Security options padlock, is it necessary to create the roles for each leader from there?
