3essentials hosting with acme SSL

Can anyone give me some advice on how I can get the acme SSL plugin to work with my rock instance when using 3essentials managed hosting. I am getting an error when I try to "renew" the SSL. I can copy and paste the error if necessary.

One thing we ran into on our setup was the Windows user Rock runs under did not have "Full Trust" so it could not update the SSL store on the local machine. I would expect you may have a similar situation with 3essentials. You may try contacting their support to see if they can grant you what you need for that process to run.
