Check Scanner App: Change Rock URL

Once we set the Rock URL the first time we start the Check Scanner Application, it gets saved (which is nice).  But I can't figure out how to change the URL, even uninstalling/reinstalling doesn't clear it.  Where is that setting stored?

    Found it! Log into the App, then it can be changed in the settings screen:
