What are the plans of Multi Language Support?

My organization is a multi-language primarily English and Spanish. I foresee some of the administrators helping out needing a Spanish based dashboard and others in English. I also foresee some congregations needing a website in Spanish rather than English. Have yall talked about a development effort for this or what the possibilities are?

    Makes sense - thank you!
    At this stage, you would need to find a developer that wants to extend the Core RockRMS features to be localized, or fork the modules to permit 100% translation within them.  While possible to have some website content in Spanish (especially for HTML Content) the menu structure and supporting modules are currently English-onlly.  

    The ideal would be to extend RockRMS in such a manner that localization would be at its Core.  Do you know of developers willing to help with that?

    Hi Victor,

    Localization... i18n.  A very cool feature indeed.  RockRMS will require some third-party developer support to have localization fullly implemented.  Can you provide some specifics?..  what do you need in the dashboard?

    Well although a lot of the people in our congregations speak english the spanish speaking community is much more prevalent. So I would need a full admin dashboard but in spanish, etc. Does that make sense

    Well I am actually a developer myself working for Santander Bank on the Microsoft stack (C#, .Net Remoting, WCF) etc, havent done a lot of ASP.NET and EF but know enough to get the hang of it. We should get in contact to see if it is something that I can take on with my current responsibilities.

    Hi is there any news on a Church having a spanish based site? Would they be willing to share?

    Are there any known volunteers working in a localization aware version? I would love to join and help.

    Still not plans from the core team to provide alternate translations based on current roadmap needs and funding levels.
