Workflow: send sms if no email address is found

Hi all

I want to have a worflow send an email to a Person but if an email address is not specified for that Person then to send an sms rather.

How can I test to see whether an email address is specified or not

right now im doing a manual input where i specify if they have an email or not

Hey Dillian,

I don't believe there is currently any way to do this. Workflows are triggered on a per case basis (either by editing or by triggering an action) rather than as a job that combs an existing data set. If you do solve this, or if I'm wrong and someone else wants to jump in I'd be very interested.
