Group Toolbox Roster

I'm starting to set up groups. When I log into the group toolbox, I can't see the phone numbers for the people on the roster. It shows me that we have a mobile number but the number isn't there. I couldn't find anything in the block settings. I see what is shown below. I get mailing address and email address but not phone. I'm sure there is just something I'm missing but it has been a frantic week trying to get everything moved over to Rock and my brain is pretty fried!

    Keley, did you import your data into Rock from another source?

    I ran into a similar issue with the Group Toolbox because when I imported my data, the Person.NumberFormatted field was not populated in the database. This is the field that is used in the "GroupDetail.lava" file that is the template for the Group Toolbox.

    To fix this issue, you need to run a SQL Update statement to populate the PhoneNumber.NumberFormatted field - the actual SQL will vary depending on the phone number formats for your locality (mine are for Australia, so not helpful for you!). 

    As a temporary workaround, you can also edit the "GroupDetail.lava" file and replace references to "phone.NumberFormatted" with "phone.NumberFormattedWithCountryCode". This is a calculated field, so it will format the number from the raw data before displaying it - however, as the name suggests, it also includes the country code which is not ideal.
