Sharing Workflows

Another question on the forum today made me think of this. Is there a way to share workflows between Rock instances? For instance, if I build a workflow that someone I know at another church needs, is there a way for me to just email them a file or some code or something that would just give them the workflow? My ignorance of programming probably makes that last part sound silly, and I realize this may be something that's coming with the Rock Store. I just hadn't read it anywhere.

    Hi Matthew,

    The ability to share workflows is not currently available in Rock.  That being said, I think there are at least a couple good ideas attached to this concept that could be submitted to the New Idea section. (1) Exporting workflows to a file which can be imported/exported between Rock installations and (2) the ability to communicate between Rock instances to share resources.  Depending on the number of churches that would utilize these features, they could be added to the core product or be developed by a third party and posted to the Rock store.
