Learning Activity: Workflow

Workflow

I was playing quickly this morning Rockrmslatest.com to see if the Learn area would work for a project I have. I know it's not even released yet but I wanted to already put in an idea request.

I think it could be powerful if a class activity could be to complete a workflow. Ideally the new workflow, if setup correctly, would have the class activity guid as an attribute, report back to the class activity the workflow ID or guid to provide a link to finish later, and there would be a workflow activity to mark the class activity as complete.

Use-case:

Good Sam spends a lot of time doing onboarding work with people. They onboard about 2-3 staff a month and 20+ participants. Each have a ton of forms and digital signature documents to work through. Right now each program has it's own long workflow but if it was setup like an online class the flow and UI would be much better.

Outside of Good Sam's use if a church used this for their membership process, launching a workflow for a membership agreement signature is possible, but it would be better if the class wasn't complete until that document was signed. This would help keep people from falling through the gaps.
