Changes to NCOA Tool

Other

We are using the NCOA tool to update addresses and would love to see a few updates to the tool.

1. For families that come up with the "this family need to be split" warning, it would be very helpful to have a few button options because many of these do not actually kneed to be split. It would also be great if the buttons actually took action to help automate this process because when we run this data integrity tool we get hundreds and hundreds of them. For these it would be great to have buttons that say something like  "Ignore and Update address on family", another that says "Split Family and Update Individual Address" and another that says "Mark as Processed" which closes the request while making no changes.

2. The icon to go to someone's profile is the same icon used for the Merge functionality in Rock and that has been confusing for our volunteers, it would be great if that could be the normal profile icon.

3. For the Invalid Address Responses, it would be helpful if there was a button that said "Ignore" or "Mark as Processed" But basically just closed it out without making any changes. Many of these are apartments that do exist and the address works, the post office just has issues with it for whatever reason.
