changing block setting caching duration?

I'm stuck on this step in the first section of the Rock Admin Hero Guide for the Rock Homepage.

"Viewing the added Item

Once you have completed a new content channel update. Back on the main homepage it might not display right away. If this is the case and you want to see the updates right away then change the block setting caching duration to 0, otherwise it will be updated depending on what the caching duration is set to. Default is 3600 seconds so 1 hour.""
