Intro to Attributes

Rock already tracks a lot about the people you serve. But every organization has details that are uniquely yours, like a member's spiritual gift, a baptism date or a family's preferred service time. Attributes are how you capture all of it, no developer required.

Think of an attribute as a custom field you add yourself. You decide what it is called, what kind of information it holds and where it shows up. Once it exists, that detail lives right alongside the standard information Rock collects, ready to search, filter and report on.

Person Attributes

This section shows you how to work with attributes at three levels: global attributes that apply across all of Rock, person attributes that attach to an individual and family attributes that describe a household. Start here when Rock is missing a piece of information you wish it tracked, and you are ready to add it.
