Workflow types are configured under Admin Tools > General Settings > Workflow Configuration. After adding the workflow, we'll complete the detail section. Start with the required fields. Give the workflow a Name, pick a Category and change the Work Term from its default of Work to the term that describes one instance of the workflow. Our sample uses Position Approval, Samples and Position Request. Rock fills in the required Slug from the name for you. Then add a Description that explains when to use the workflow and what it does. To learn what every field in this section does, see Workflow Types. Non-Persisted - Note that this workflow is not automatically persisted. Workflows that start with an entry form are usually configured this way to keep workflows from being added to the database when the person clicks on the form but never enters anything.Icon - Note that we have also given our workflow a custom icon so that it stands out a bit. See Tabler for more.Logging - We've set our logging level to Action so we can see everything that is going on under the hood.
