Push notifications send alerts straight to the phones of people who have your organization's Rock Mobile app, so a time-sensitive message lands even when no one is checking email. ImportantPrerequisite You need a published Rock Mobile app. The app-side setup, including where to get your Service Account JSON, is covered in the Push Notifications article of the Mobile Docs. Turn on push in Rock Rock sends push notifications through the Rock Mobile Push transport. Turn the transport on, then set the Push Notification medium to use it. Go to Admin Tools > Settings > Communication Transports and select Rock Mobile Push. Paste your Service Account JSON into the Service Account JSON field, turn on Active and select Save.Go to Admin Tools > Settings > Communication Mediums and select Push Notification. Turn on Active, choose Rock Mobile Push as the Transport Container and select Save. Once push is set up, send a one-time blast from Communications > Mass Push Notification.
