Let's walk through the process of creating a simple learning program using the On-Demand mode. We'll create a program, a course, a class, and a learning plan for that class. A learning program is the container for everything you teach, its courses, classes and learning plans. We will build one called Volunteer Training, starting with the program itself. Create the program: Go to People > Learn and select the ti ti-square-plus plus button. Give it a name and choose its mode. On-Demand lets people work at their own pace. First, we'll create our program, "Volunteer Training". Save and configure: After you save, Rock opens the program in Configure Program mode, where you build out its pieces. Configure Program mode - Where you build the program's courses, classes and plans.Program Overview mode - Where you manage what already exists. The Back to Program Overview button switches between the two. Both are covered in Program Administration Modes. Stay in Configure Program mode and move on to Create a Course.
