    Use Audit Information

When auditing is turned on, most changes to the Rock database are tracked in a special audit table. You can review these changes on the Audit Information page. This is a helpful tool for you to see what changes are being made and by whom. You can also use these logs to write custom SQL reports or create custom jobs that take action after certain changes.

Auditing can be enabled under Admin Tools > Settings > Global Attributes | Enable Auditing. However, note that enabling auditing will cause a significant impact to Rock's performance. You may want to enable this only for brief periods.

To review audit records, go to Admin Tools > Settings > Audit Information. Each row in the Audit Records list is one change and shows the Action (Add, Modify or Delete), Entity Type, Entity Id, Entity Description, number of Properties Updated, When and Who. Select a row to see each changed property with its Original Value and New Value. The list shows the last month by default. To look further back, select the ti ti-adjustments-horizontal icon and change the Created Date Range.
