This report is used to compare and capture insights on your volunteer team and their giving. It shows which volunteers have donated within a specific time range and lets you filter by Attendance Date Ranges, Campuses, and Teams. This helps you understand how volunteering relates to financial giving. NoteJust a NoteThis tool tracks the connection between volunteers' giving and their service, not their exact donation amounts. Attendance Date Range - Filter by when a volunteer last checked in to serve, with options for 30, 60, or 90 days, or view all-time attendance.Campus - If you have multiple campuses, select a specific campus for this report.Team - Filter by serve teams (e.g., Ushers, Kids, Groups).Volunteer Monthly Giving Rate - View a rolling 12-month summary of how many volunteers have given each month. The green portion of the bar indicates which percentage of the people gave during that period.Individual Views - See details for individual volunteers, including their campus (if applicable), the team they serve on, their last attendance date, and their monthly giving history over the past year. A blue bar indicates a month when they gave. NoteHow Rock Defines a VolunteerA volunteer is any active person who has recorded attendance at least once within the past year in a group where the group type's Purpose is set to "Serving Area". This can be set at Admin Tools > Settings > Group Types in the group type's General settings.
