Once a metric is collecting values, its chart tells the story at a glance. The chart sits with the metric definition and plots every value entered for it. To change what the chart shows and how it looks, edit the Metric Detail block. Open its settings with the gear (ti ti-settings) to set the following options. Show Chart - Displays the chart in the Metric Detail block. It's on by default; turn it off to hide the chart. Chart Style - Sets the line colors, including the color of the goal line. The default is the Rock style. You can add or edit styles under Admin Tools > Settings > Defined Types > Chart Styles. Chart Date Range - Limits the chart to values from a window of time, such as the last 12 months, the current year or a specific date range. By default the chart shows every value. Combine Chart Series - When a metric has series partitions, such as one per campus, the chart draws a separate line for each. Turn this on to add them into a single total line.
