Manage Signature Documents

OK, so now we've seen how to create electronic signature templates and how to use them in workflows and event registrations to gather signatures. Let's wrap it up by looking at how you can view these documents.

To view signed documents, navigate to Admin Tools > Settings > Signature Documents and select the document template you wish to view.

Managing Documents

  • Document Template Detail - From here you can edit the template details.
  • Documents - This is a list of signature documents for the template. Note that the name of the document is a combination of the source and the person's name. The source in this case is the registration instance name.
  • Signed Document - Clicking on a row will show you details about the signed document, and lets you resend the completion email. You can also click the document icon to see the signed document.

We mentioned viewing documents from the page pictured above. To do this, you'll need the appropriate security permissions. View access to completed Electronic Signature Documents is based on the associated binary file type and not the document template security.
