Unsubscribe Report

The Unsubscribe Report gives you a clear picture of individuals who have opted out of communications, helping your organization maintain a healthy, respectful relationship with every person you serve (and communicate with). Think of this report as a listening post. When someone unsubscribes, they're giving you honest feedback about your communication frequency or content.

This report also helps you identify staff members who serve as communicators and may benefit from additional coaching. The sins of one communicator can stain the whole organization (sorry for the dramatic phrasing). This report provides clear visibility into those results so you can help them improve. To proactively manage this frequency before an unsubscribe happens, you can use the Communication Saturation Report to identify individuals who may be receiving too many messages.

To view the report, navigate to People > Communication Reports > Unsubscribe Report.

The report shows a list of recent unsubscribes with the following details:

  • Recipient – The person who opted out, including their current engagement status (e.g., Invested or Disengaged).
  • Unsubscribed – The date the person chose to stop receiving messages.
  • Level – The scope of the unsubscribe, such as Bulk (all mass communications) or a specific List.
  • Communication Name – The specific message that prompted the person to click the unsubscribe link.

To cut down on the unsubscribes you're seeing, and find the ones most relevant to you, click the ti ti-adjustments-horizontal button to filter your results.
