The screen pictured below is what you'll see when you access a specific Benevolence Request from the request list. This page lets you view all the details surrounding the request and allows for adding Result Types if Show Financial Results is enabled for requests of this type. Let's break down what you can see and do on this page. Person Information - Near the top of the page, you can see the requestor, their contact information, who the request is assigned to and the age of the request.Available Workflows - In this case a Manual workflow has been added to the Benevolence Type of this request. A person viewing the request can click this button to launch the workflow.Request Lava - If you've provided a Request Lava Template (see section above) then the output will be displayed here. Each Benevolence Type has its own template.Description of Request - The details about the request itself are shown here. This is typically where you'll see why the person is making a benevolence request.Custom Attributes - This is where attributes with an entity type of Benevolence Request will be displayed. Using custom attributes lets you collect data beyond the items that ship with Rock. In this example we've added an attribute to track whether this is the person's first benevolence request.Related Documents - A link is provided to access any documentation associated with the request. Documents can be added to a request by editing the request.Results Summary - If a summary of the result of the Benevolence Request has been provided it will be displayed here.Next Steps Provided - If a description of any next steps is provided, then it will be displayed here.Result Type - You'll see this section as long as Show Financial Results is enabled for requests of this type. You can add a row here to indicate the actual assistance that was given, as well as a dollar amount and any other relevant details. You can add (or remove) new Result Types under Admin Tools > Settings > Defined Types > Benevolence Result Type.Edit - Click the Edit button to add or edit details for this request. We'll cover editing a request in the next section below.Notes - Person Notes can be added directly from the request detail page. By default, the Note Type is "Benevolence Request: Benevolence Request Notes" but this can be changed in the Notes block's settings.
